Ann Leeuwenburg, or Nono as she was know by her family, was a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and an amazing artist. She made the world a more beautiful place both with her personality and her creations.
Nono was always eager to learn something new. She saw beauty in the ordinary, collecting odd bits and pieces that no one else wanted and turning them into something amazing. Throughout her life she taught herself a wide variety of art forms including painting, quilting, wood carving and ceramics.
She passed her creativity and passion for art on to her daughter Patsy, and her granddaughter Jenna, a local Kennesaw artist. They have created Ann's Studio to bring creative-minded people together and continue to help make the world a more beautiful place.
